Can't get an order correct ever, just went through the drive thru, placed my order and ask for a half dozen donuts mixed up. I... get home I got a half dozen plain donuts. After 2 years, nothing, and I mean nothing, except the staff. They take at least 15 minutes through the drive through, get your... order wrong, do not stir your coffee unless you ask for well stirred. They just do not have a workplace constitution. I hope staffs focus more on customer service. They focus more on their small talk in front of long lines. Food is good, coffee... is fresh but staffs are slow. Read more

This is literally the WORST Tim Hortons in the county. They never have any of their stuff prepped. Their iced capp machines... never work during the day but sometimes do at night. The staff works slow, and the wait times are horrible. This place as reallygone down hill since they opened. Especially in the last few months. It extremely frustrating. I used to work at a timmies and Ican guarantee that this isn't a hard job. Get better staff that actually know what they're doing. Read more

Can't get an order right to save a life. I have gone to this Tim Hortons for 3 years and they would be lucky to have a 30% order... success rate if you order 4 items. Yesterday they gave me a bag of creme instead of a hash brown and today the completelyforgot my child's OJ. It's just getting exhausting to turn back around. This week they have a 0% success rate on my 2orders. **Update** Just spent 10 min at the order speaker(only one other person in drive thru btw) and finally when the mopeyemployee tried to take my order I find out that there are no ice caps tonight. The slowest Tim Hortons I?ve ever been too! They are also always getting my order wrong! I hav been refusing to go there... anymore. I will drive out to kingsville just to get good service. They also never ever fill my coffee up, always two-threeinches missing. Also the one day they gave me a workers coffee that they were drinking. They asked for it back and didn?t evenapologize!!!
