What an amazing find! The food is prepared from scratch. All ingredients are fresh and cooked to perfection. The service is... great and the atmosphere is very relaxed. They have indoor and outdoor seating, and the weekend when the weather allows; they dobrick oven pizza; which you should not miss! The outdoor seating reminds me of ranch dinners in California. They always havespecial events and special menu items especially at the weekend. I highly recommend that you make reservations before you gobecause the place gets very busy. Read more

If it wasn't for the sign by the road, it is impossible to even notice this old schoolhouse is actually a restaurant. There are... very few places to sit on the inside. I was there by myself at 5pm on a summer Saturday, and every table seemed to be alreadyreserved, except a few seats at the bar. The place did fill up very quickly. Ashleigh was my server/bartender, and she did agreat job while the other front of house staff seemed to wander around and be of no help. The menu seems small, but they didhave a little bit of everything. I had two beers, chicken wings, and fries, and it was around $20. I was in and out veryquickly, and if I ever visit the island again, it will definitely be a place to eat... probably the only place anyway. Read more

Great food relaxed atmosphere...

First time here. Had a terrible rude waitress and her name was Ashleigh. No silverware, no napkins, she was being super rude and... smart towards me. I won?t be coming back. Poor and slow service all around. Food was bland, the perch tacos had zero seasoning.Our waitress than tells another customer that it?s bluegill fish tacos so I have no idea what I even had. We went the the Schoolhouse Grill for a birthday party. The owners bought this old elementary school and converted it to a... restaurant. When we arrived we first met one of the owners and she explained to us the history of the school. The dining roomsare decorated to keep some of that history alive. Although we ate food was prepared just before our arrival, it was good food. The staff was very friendly and we had a very nice time. It's definitely a restaurant to visit again. Read more

Very happy that i came here. The Ahi Tuna appetizer was awesome. Cozy place and good beer selection. Will be back!
