Worst McDonald's in the area. Placed a curbside pick up and 20mins later still no food. So much for fast food lol. Simple order... so I don't understand why it would take that long 1 double cheeseburger, 6 nugget, plain mcchicken and medium coke. Call themand they say they will run it out right away. Drive thru was slow. 4 dollar fries were cold and reordered. Had to wait 5 mins for that. Just not worth the high prices. If all... my food was fresh and on time no complaints. But with the price of the menu. There is no reason for undress food. Read more
Tourist season is over so the food has gone to the birds. Always burnt or dry I haven't had a good Big Mac in my last 5 visits... and doubt I will be back till next summer. Pops are flat now. Buns are hard. Half the time when I order a frappe I get the wrongone. This the season Read more
I just went to this McDonald?s at around 8pm. -There were four cars in the drive through and it took twenty minutes. -The woman... who took my order said the total was $8.82 and that is what the big screen displayed. -When I got to the pay window, it was9.44, so I said the total at the order point was 8.82, she said ?I?m sorry prices have gone up?. Huh? -When I finally reachedthe pickup window, I waited about five minutes and could watch and hear the employees laughing and talking, which is fine, butclearly NOT making the customer the priority. I also watched the young kid drop a few cups on the floor and then put them backin the stack. When he handed me my drink, there was no ice and it was 3/4 full, plus (I discovered later) it was a regular coke,not a diet. I was leery to eat it but I was on the road and starving. Do better. As McDonald?s restaurants go, this was as good an experience as any other. Fast service at the ordering screen, a bit of a wait... to pay and get the food. But, it was served by friendly, helpful faces at the windows, and decent McDonald?s food. Read more
I was ordering our meal outside at the drive-thru and I accidentally selected the wrong code for what we ordered. I tried to... straighten it out with the correct code and the person taking orders told me I was rude and would not correct my order. Sofinally instead of arguing with a teenager, my wife and I left after the employee called me rude. I think the owner needs toretrain their employees on how to treat the public! Read more
Waited at the service counter for over 5 minutes before anyone took my order while numerous employees just ignored me. My fries... came out soggy and my chicken nuggets were old and cold. When I asked them to replace my items with freshly cooked ones I gotattitude. Terrible service and even worse food. Read more
Food was barely warm when I received it, and my order wasn't complete. Got parked for a medium fry, that I ended up having to go... IN and get cause no one brought it out after 15 minutes. Fry was warm and old. Service and food quality in the afternoon andevenings is sub par! Read more
