Order through the mobile app. I did not want my subs toasted but order 1 steak and 3 chicken subs they did not heat the meat or... the bacon on those subs. I paid $50 for subs that I had to disassemble and heat the meat and remake myself. What a waste of timeand money! They are only still in business because there aren't many options. I was 3rd in line behind THE CUSTOMER FROM HELL! What should have taken 10 mins took 45! I have to commend the staff! The... customer obviously had issues and the man and woman working the counter handled it all with grace and compassion. I also commendthe customers. We all had the patience to understand the situation and acted accordingly. By the way, the Spicy Italian toastedfoot long was excellent. Thank you for the heart warming experience. Read more
Would give 0 stars if possible. This is the worst subway I have ever been to. Went to pick up an order after the pick-up time... and they hadn't even started yet. So you have to wait another 15-20 minutes. This has happened multiple times. They constantlyforget toppings, mix up orders, and have low or no stock. It shouldn't let you pick options on the app that they areunavailable. Disappointing every time. Read more
This subways hours is not correct! They don?t open till 11am everyday. They will accept mobile orders and take your money even... though they are closed. You also can?t cancel on the app so I have to wait for them to open to cancel my order and get my moneyback. I will not be using this Hart subway again. Read more
They were extremely unorganized their soda machine didn?t have any ice and only had diet pops. When my family and I ordered our... subs they only had White bread and they had to go in the back and chop up some green peppers and olives then we wanted to getsome cookies and they didn?t have any of those either. A boy named Joey used inappropriate language while he was telling a newgirl what to do and it sounded like it was in a joking manner but it was still inappropriate.
