We stopped for breakfast. The inside was clean and the people were friendly. Biskets were great...
Extremely slow and poor service. We drive through the drive-through and ordered 4 burgers, no combos. We waited 25 minutes for... those and had 4 other cars pull up to the drive through window and also pull into stalls to wait for their food. They all gotserved before us on top of that. Our if 5 cars and being the frist in line, we were served last. I will never take my family tothis restaurant again. It's called a drive "through" not drive through and park. Additionally the restaurant was not busy atall, maybe 3 cars in the parking lot. Read more
ONE STAR. They close the lobby at 8 PM. Go across the street to Subway where they want your business and the lobby is OPEN... till 9 PM. Plus Subway is 1,000% friendlier then Hardee?s. Read more

I ordered through the mobile app online which was relatively hassle free. When I got to the drive-thru Lane they told me to come... to the second window and then asked me to pull into a parking spot to get my food I did get there rather quickly after orderingbut when the little girl finally did bring out my food she just brought my bag with my burger and my onion rings I asked herabout my drink and she said they didn't give it to you already which they should have done at the window I said no she said allthose girls! She went back in and when she was going back in I looked through my bag and the sauce that I asked for for my onionrings wasn't in there so I backed out the spot and got close to the door she'd be coming out of cuz I knew I'd have to send herback in and she was as sweet as she could be when she came back out with my sauces I gave her a $5 tip just because she wasdarling! My burger was raw. The wait time was 18 min and 37 seconds. He forgot our drinks and had to ask twice what we were drinking.... Only 2 other people in the drive thru. Read more
