And another Hartford Gem.... authentic Guatemalan food.... portion sizes, prices all on point! This is my first time going to... Aurora's and I left full and with a second serving. I ordered the churrasco Guatemalteco. I was beyond surprised of how muchfood I got and the menu price was $21. A delicious perfectly seasoned very tender sirloin steak, chorizo sausage . Grilledscallion... what I called Guatemalan potato salad which is called ensalada Russ. Bryson beans also complimented the meal alongwith a thick corn tortillas. Growing up in a Salvadoran household and community, I am always so thrilled to see Central American cuisine options open up and... thrive in my new home. I’ve come to this spot and enjoyed the huevos rancheros on several occasions , fresh juices, andclassic pastries. I liked this place a lot!! I didn't like the choice of music. I'm no prude, but every song by a 29 year old with the words D***,... P****, etc,... seemed inappropriate. Fresh ingredients. Food is incredible, I highly recommend the traditional Guatemalan breakfast! tortillas are definitely made fresh in house. Food... is made to order, so don’t expect to be in and out - took about 20 mins to get my food (well worth the wait!) Read more

Wow! The Auroras Bowl is Rose!! Delicious. One of the Only places in the city you can get Black beans and Rice, believe me... I’ve been searching… Wow Awsome! Authenticate food here and great people! Read more
Had lunch inside Auroras recently. Really enjoyed the atmosphere. The food was super good! Got a steak wrap with a side of... plantains for $15 dollars. Also got a papaya drink, that was huge and made fresh. Would definitely try again for lunch orbreakfast. Read more
was seated outside and I got the delicious bites - ????platanos con crema y queso: not to be dramatic but this was life... changing. The sweet and salty balance was perfect and I’m still drooling thinking about it ????enchiladas- the beetroot andpickled onion was a terrific addition ????pan dulce: you can’t go wrong with this.
