OMG!! I never write reviews but today was it with this location. I only go there once in the blue if in that location and each... time the service is horrible. The staff are beyond ignorant. U can hear them cursing and just conversating on the drive throughspeaker. The orders are almost always wrong but today I went through the drive through at 11:53am and only ordered an icecoffee. 12:15pm I'm still in the drive through stuck behind 2 cars and already in a spot where I can't get out. I had a appt andmy patience began to wear. I got out the car when it was 1 car ahead which was 12:18pm by this time and asked if they couldbring the car ahead order out so that I could just leave because it seems they were having even more issues with their order. Ihave never in my life sat in a dunkin donuts drive through for over or no where near 20mins. Never. Keep in mind all the carsbehind the car behind me left. I literally counted 6 cars that pulled out because they were there right after me but was in aposition where they were not stuck. I will in life go to this location again. Completely disgusting! I can confidently say I have NEVER had a bad customer service experience here. The staff has always gone above and beyond every... other DD I have visited in terms of kindness, hospitality, etc. I literally had to stop what I was doing just to make a point towrite this review because those things are so rare and they deserve all the recognition in the world for that.
