This is the 3rd and last time coming. Whoever works your day shift is lazy, rude, and inconsiderate. My boyfriend went the first... two times and I went this third time. She has a nasty attitude the entire time. I ordered bacon cheese fries and all I got wassprinkled cheese on top. No melted cheese. Her lack of cleanliness, efforts overall, and horrible customer service shows shehas no care for her job. When I asked for new fries she got upset so I told her to refund me instead since she doesn't want todo her job. She got upset and got an attitude and said "Ima just give you your refund I'm not guna argue with you" And shedropped the refund receipt on the floor instead of handing it to me. I could only laugh at the immaturity and lack of a healthymindset. I've worked 14 years lf my life and even ar 15 I had decency. She probably thinks its cool and that's okay but bringingit to a professional setting is not okay. Since I am mature an altercation did not arise, but as I walked away she was yellingsmart comments and I could've easily used my past teaching to teach a lesson. I'm not sure why you guys even have her employedhere. I know damn well I'm not the first one to complain. The other 2 times she gave my boyfriend a hard time about giving usketchup for the fries. 3 out of 3 times coming IT?LL BE MY LAST ????and just disappointed! First time a I came a very nice young happy gentlemen took... care of my two fries order and I was amazed it was cheesy all the way through and cooked to perfection. But these last two timesI?ve dealt with nothing but moodiness and horrible attitudes from a female worker there who clearly dosent know food healthpolicies. Used her gloves to cash out a customer and with the same gloves grabbed fries to put in the fryer. Touching money andhandling food is a big NO! Plus when I went to pick up my food I asked for ketchup and was responded with a ruined and quickremark ?it?s already in there tss? there was on container filled 3/4 of the way that does nothing for the amount of fries I haveand on top of that she stuffed the fries all in the box and put little bit of cheeses on top. My girlfriend told her there wasno cheese in the fries only on top she muttered under breathe and at that point my girl told her she wants her money back. Atthat point the female worker proceeded to get loud and say you didn?t even let me make it right but w.e I?m not gonna get intoit with you? she refunded the money and dropped the recipe on the floor before completely handing it over smh. Pros: Delicious fries with several different topping options Cons: severely lacking in customer service ( I always feel like a... bother) and NO signs posting the fries are cooked in beef fat and NOT VEGETARIAN friendly Read more

I have been going here for years, ever since a friend showed me the place I have loved it. Every time I walk in, I?m greeted... with smiles and some of the employees even know who I am. The food is amazing, every free fry Friday I dine in and experimentwith new tastes! But my favorite is taco fries? would 110% recommend. I am so excited for the opening of the storrs branch sothat I get to enjoy some dirty fries while on campus!!!!! Read more
My order was given to another customer by the staff and I had to wait another 10 minutes for my food. I then asked for salt or... ketchup only to be told they had none. What kind of burger/fry place doesn't have salt or ketchup? The burger was tasty but thefries were boring and soggy. Also, they should have a number or receipt system in place to ensure some random person doesn'tcome up and claim your food. I felt really ignored by the staff as well. The girl sitting at the register was just yapping withanother girl in the back and the man cooking the burger had a head full of hair with no hair net or anything. He kept taking hisball cap on and off while making the burger so I was surprised that there was no hair in my food. Read more
The good: the truffle fries are decent. Not the best I've had, but good. The burger tasted fine. Again, not great but not... gross. The bad: the burgers are small. They're very small. They're underwhelming in toppings. The ugly: the 2 people behind thecounter spent more time chatting with each other than they did with us. This was annoying, considering they were doing it in themiddle of a sentence I was speaking. And they did it multiple times. This was annoying, but the girl who was making the foodscratched her inner ear and her mouth no fewer than 6 times. No gloves. No hand washing. Ear to food, basically. Do better. Read more
Wow, they took 15 minutes to tell me they were out of what I ordered, then another 15 to make my second choice. And the place... was nearly empty. There seems to be a big problem with their process. And the fries were just OK. Read more
