We went there for a Halloween event. No one showed up but us, the drinks was watered down and the Dj was a horn dog lol but... played some good music. We wasn't able to order food cause they closed the kitchen earlier then the time it said and theywouldn't honor us with the deal specials they had. Service was very disappointing in the food section. Start with the food, because that it what matters. Delicious, full stop. I started with Samosa Chaat thinking it was an... appetizer. And maybe it would be for 3 or 4 people but it was a generous portion for one person so I only ate about half.Textures and flavors were terrific, just the right amount of heat. I can see why this is a popular street food. I followed thatwith Lamb Korma and garlic naan on the side. The gravy on this one was perfect, rich and almost sweet, and probably the bestnaan I've ever had. Dessert was Carrot Halwa. If you've never tried it this is a must-have dessert. My only complaint? The menuscould be larger. I have good eyes but still jad some difficulty reading. I was the only done-in patron but the delivery pickupswere nonstop. Service was maybe slow compared to US casual dining places but well worth the wait. Read more
Very rude and misguided information Update: I came in earlier and asked the lady at the register if I could have the lunch meal... for $12.99 with chicken korma. The place wasn’t busy and I was ordering for take out and had waited about an hour for my food.When it came time to pay a different lady handled the transaction and said a completely different order back to me than what Iordered. I corrected her politely and she gave me an attitude and went in the back. I asked the lady who was going to cash outmy transaction if it came with a drink and she said yes but when I reminded her she said no and that my meal is $15. There was alot of talking back and fourth between the two ladies with my order and attitude. Read more
Really rude people and take forever just to come out and help you. They won't even let you use the bathroom. I come here all the... time to deliver orders and pick up orders, and they are so bothered that I use the restroom that they lock it. I went there onetime and some guys was screaming expletives. I placed an order with Spice venue for Uthappam and other dishes . I frequently order this place out of sheer helplessness as... there is nothing close to for Indian food . I do acknowledge they have 1-2 items which are good on their menu ! Now I havenoticed they have an inconsistency in their preparation but today they gave me a dosa and call it an uthappam , I tried to callthem and talk about it for which the person by name Bharani picks the call and says - that’s what our chef prepares and if youwish to take it accept it or stop ordering from us . The audacity of replying to customer in such manner instead of beingconsiderate says it all about the restaurant!! This scenario has happened multiple times wherein they send whatever they wishand I have ignored it multiple times until today I felt the necessity to call them and inform !! Disgusting attitude of therestaurant!! Anytime you walk-in to the place they are least bothered to attend to customers but I have always chosen to ignoreconsidering the hard times of covid but today was enough !!
