Fries lukewarm and tasted like Styrofoam, I honestly could not finish them. I might as well throw some frozen fries in the oven... and they'd come out better. The garlic parmesan boneless wings disgustingly oily; oil would visibly squeeze out of the breadingwhen I held it. Lemon pepper and spicy korean were okay and only reason I'm not rating 1 star. Ranch is watery and flavorless,I've made ranch with the powdered stuff before and that is immensely more flavorful than this. Read more
Beware of this location. If they make a mistake on your order they will were unwilling fix it the order for online deliveries in... any meaningful way. You would have to go back into the store to get the missing food. They will not work with you to take offthe difference. Be very careful if you want to do delivery here. I leave it at two stars as the food is good but if they mess upyour order your options are limited to get it fixed. Read more
I ordered wings & sandwiches combos & brownies & drinks.. The wings are small & all the seasons was only on top of a few wings... out of 24. The sandwiches were not labeled and had no idea which was which. Fries were ok. They forgot every single drink exceptfor one. Not one ranch & I ordered 7, no napkins. HORRIBLE. Read more
Website states they close at midnight. Sign on window states they close at midnight. At 11:05 pm, there?s a group of people... arriving outside to go in and order, including myself, and all the lights are out. Employees are locking up the restaurant andleaving with bags and bags of wingstop food. When I simply asked the female if they were closing early, she gave me a majorattitude and told me that they close At 10 every night and there?s nothing she can do about it. All I did was ask if she wasopen or not, and she started going off. I just told her she could take the sign down and proceeded to leave. She said she can?ttake the sign down and I should have a nice day, in a very nasty tone. Disappointed in the inaccurate hours posted, the wastedtrip, getting yelled at by employees for asking a simple question, and watching employees walk out of the store with bags offood, while customers stand outside, dejected and hungry. I won?t take away all their stars because I didn?t actually get achance to taste it. Worst customer service. The heavy set cashier with the huge umbrella lashes screamed at me bc the blue cheese was watery when... asked for a refund. The manager came and said the blue cheese is fresh and you can tell that it was not it was watery anddripping off the wings and on my pants not sticky like the ranch. Using Doordash I?ve ordered from this Wingstop and have been disappointed every time. Its like they purposefully refuse to give... you what you ordered. Last night was unbelievable on the amount of laziness. Ordered fries with fry seasoning and they gave meplain fry scraps without seasoning. Bbq wings but 1/4 of sauce on the wings.They truly need new staff asap. Read more
The inside is a bit grungy, but the food is good. While not a fan of the prices, the food is quite tasty. There is always trash... on the floor, and the tables all have crumbs and some feel sticky. They have chicken, though they often seem to run out of soetching. Not sure if it's their fault or they sell a lot, but it's a bit of a disappointment just the same. Read more
