I am going to sound like a Karen with this. That said, I'm pretty sure this is my first negative review ever. This McDonald's... was absolutely terrible for customer service. First, my sister-in-law and our kids showed up after 11:00 a.m. The doors to therestaurant were locked. As other people joined us, they remained locked. They only opened after I called the restaurant. Then,the employee yells at people who come into the restaurant to order using the kiosks. The kiosks were buggy, losing an order, butstill charging the credit card. When we stood in a line at the register, the employee yelled again for us to use the kiosks.When we said the kiosks were the problem, they rolled their eyes at us and helped us minutes later. Two individuals behind medidn't have credit cards. They were also given an attitude as well. A man came in with an incorrect order from the drive-thru.He too had to wait several minutes to have his issue addressed. I will say that the food was fine. My son's chicken nuggets werecrisp, and the drink was cold. What more can you want than that? But, I'm going to keep this rant going. I don't know if theemployees here are intrinsically jerks, management sucks, or if corporate leaves this location in a situation where they arecontinuously so short-staffed that this toxic environment was inevitable, but it was bad. Also, there was no self-serve stationfor sodas, napkins, or ketchup. And with the wait times and attitude from the employees, you better order a large if you gohere, because you're probably not going to get a refill. Read more

Terrible place to eat ordered a egg McMuffin with real bacon and a regular mcmuffin and got a McMuffin with a hint of bacon and... a mc griddle. Also ordered an expensive frappe and it had whipped creme running down the side of the cup and was a sticky mess.Never again Read more
Dining closed. Drive through really backed up. Didn't seem to be moving . Lots of people were giving up and jumping out of... the line. Hope everyone treated the employees that did come to work with "nice". Read more
40 minutes waiting on a happy meal and a double cheese and they took my receipt from me to confirm the order and wouldn't give... it back so i have no proof. Had to say i was going to stand in the drive thru lane and stop all the orders untill i got what ipaid. Told i was being rude but had waited patiently for 25 min. And asked 2 times about my food gave my receipt the first timei asked how long and 10 minutes later after asking again is when i took that step. Read more
I ordered crispy chicken sandwich, after 13 minutes someone came out telling me that my chicken is almost ready ?it was only me... there? We were heading down I94 and daughter wanted to stop for a quick bite. When we pulled in, there were a lot of cars in the drive... through line being the lobby was closed. We thought it was worth a shot and still got in line. We waited for over 25 minutesfrom order to actually receiving her food. She ordered a cheeseburger kids meal and an extra cheeseburger. We got back onI94, only to realize neither cheeseburger had any meat on them! They only had cheese and condiments... NO MEAT. Read more
It's a McDonald's. As I'm sure you already know, the food tends to be pretty consistent but the thing that tends to vary from... location to location is the service. That said, the service at this location was acceptable. I was only passing through but if Ifind myself in the area again I won't have any qualms about visiting this location again. Read more
