This review strictly pertains to Hartford,SD Pizza Ranch delivery services which up until last night, we had been regular weekly... customers. Do not expect any sort of consistency in the quality of food delivered or the delivery service itself. Andespecially, if either is bad, do not on any occasion call in to let them know that your food or service was substandard lest youend up on the ?banned? aka ?no longer allowed to order? carry out or delivery service as I have because I called to report thatmy traditional, unbreaded chicken wings still had disgusting smelly scaled wing feathers still attached. The co-owner quicklybegan berating me because I simply felt that they should know what happened & address it with their kitchen staff so it doesn?thappen again. But no, Adam DeJong (co-owner) instead made a rash decision that he is never wrong & those feathers were reallybreading on a traditional Pizza Ranch wing that has never been breaded. I ordered the boneless once & never again because it waslike eating shoe leather, mostly breading with very little pieces dry chicken stuffed inside & yet I never called to reportthat, I simply fed it to the farm cats. Early (4:00pm) order but lightning fast delivery! Jimmy John?s could not compete. Pizza was very acceptable to my surprise.
I have been to this PR countless times. (Mainly due to a 6 year old and limited places in small towns for him to go to) that... all being said, if there were more places in this city for my lil man....I would still come to this PR. Outside of the foodbeing delicious, definitely need to come here. I've never felt more welcome at any restaurant than here. Cody, the manager, isabsolutely top notch as far as personability, attention to detail of the restaurant, managing the staff, and making sure thatguests feel welcome. If you're thinking about a sit down place to eat in, or near, Hartford SD, you need to get over to theRanch. You will not be disappointed! ....updated.... Nothing has changed. Went there for lunch, enjoyed a delicious salad then after that I ate some fresh chicken and I believe I might have gotten sick... could have been undercooked are also could have been a sick bird considering we're in bird flu season. Dessert was delicious asalways. If you want to spend $13 be my guest Pizza ranch is always good if you're getting the buffet just too bad I got sickbut other than that my review would have been better. Read more
Stopped in for the dinner buffet. Great to be able to get fried chicken and mashed potatoes. I will be back again.
