The atmosphere was cozy yet elevated, and looks like a great date spot. The menu looks like it is ever changing but always has a... great variety with many creative seafood menu items (mussels in a coconut-red curry sauce, Atlantic cod cakes, and seared Faroeisland salmon). Food was excellent. I had the mussels in thai curry and they were very good. Also had molten choc cake for desert. If you are a... chocolate lover dont skip this. Atmosphere is great. Place was busy so our server wasn't always around but she was very pleasantand we were taken care of. I suggest reservations. There were very few tables that were empty for long. Staff was really friendly. Food was great, and so were the drinks. We sat at the bar and enjoyed our dinner. We got there around... 7pm and if you weren't at the bar, you probably would have needed reservations , as it was a full house (on a Friday). Onlydownside is, they were a little stingy with the bread (which was also delicious). Overall food was great, as was service and I'ddefinitely go back. Read more
Just passing through town and found this restaurant by googling. What an experience! I had the fried cod cakes and my boyfriend... had the salmon. The service was great, accompanied by great food and a romantic ambiance. Definitely worth the try! Read more
Great to see this wonderful local establishment back in business! The previous owners have stayed around to help the Elixir’s... chef continue the tradition of fantastic, fresh food! Highlights were many including the Caprese Salad, Cod Cakes (surprisinglygood), and some chocolate dessert that was 10/10! Read more
Food was amazing, had my birthday dinner here tonight. Unfortunately I was not the biggest fan of the bread pudding ( it had... banana in it, and I'm more of a classic girl, so that's on me not them) Will definitely be back, but make sure you get areservation! It's busy EVERY WEEKEND! Read more
Stopped here on a recommendation. This place is amazing! The atmosphere is warm, cozy and inviting. Feels very comfortable... when you walk in. The staff was both friendly and attentive, they pay attention to the details which make the diningexperience all the better. Finally THE FOOD....wow! Everything was delicious, but I especially loved the mussels. Youcan't go wrong at this place and I highly recommend it if you are in the area. Read more
What a great spot in White River Junction! Delicious food and lovely ambiance. This is clearly the place to be on a Friday night... but they had seating at the bar and we were able to sit even without a reservation. The food was seasonal and delicious -ordered the beef short ribs and the steak. Can’t wait to go back and try more! Read more
