I went into the store when we had our first little snow. Employees were on their phone and entrance way needed to be salted.... When I entered the store, I almost slip because there were melted snow right in the entrance way. When I made a joke statingthat someone could sue the company because of no wet floor sign and entranceway wasn't salted, they ignore me and went back ontheir phone. This location has gone downhill, not quite sure of staffing issues. I also went there another time and the slushiemachine was down and was told by the employee that it has been down for months. Not sure if the company has changed the hoursfor the kitchen or didn't have enough staff to run it, but everytime I go in there, it is close. UPDATE: , I did reach out tocoporate through their email contact, as I figured you wasn't going to talk to anyone, they ask for you to leave yourinformation and they will contact you. Stopped in on Friday for fuel also needed salt for my driveway. I was told by the cashier she didn?t know if the salt was in the... system and didn?t know how to ring it up. Annoying but whatever not a huge deal. On my way to work Monday morning I stoped in adifferent vehicle fueled up (pumps were extremely slow) maybe because it?s 1 degree outside. I then continue to the store to getcoffee or whatever else. it is 4:58 am and I was not only refused entry, the cashier just stared at me. Didn?t say a word. Yes Iunderstand you open at 5 literally 2 minutes after I was refused entry but the cashier was standing there ready to open andcouldn?t let a customer in 2 minutes early. Experience like this is what makes me go to kiwk trip where I will never have todeal with either of these issues. Read more
10/30/21. New to town. 4 months. 1st Casey's pizza. Ordered a pizza for delivery. Delivery was doordash and she was punctual &... polite. 5 ????. Pizza was way undercooked. Didn't follow on line instructions, ordered uncut cause my nephew likes cutting the pizza. Cheese was barely melted, crust was almost raw in the middle. Put it in my oven at 450 for 10 min to finish baking it.Could have left it in another 3-5min. Bad day there maybe. Not good for a first experience. Read more
Tonight I ordered a Taco pizza online from the Hartford store. I would give them 2 thumbs down at this location. After picking... up my pizza it was a sausage pizza with crumbles of Doritos on it. Where I come from that is a highlight of Casey's brand tomake a great Taco pizza. It was missing all the other ingredients that go into this pizza. Will definitely avoid ever going backto this location for any service. I would recommend to get your pizza elsewhere. Read more
I like how convenient this location is, however everytime I go in there employees are complaining about their job. The second... assistant manager looks like he's afraid of everything and everyone coming in. I don't like leaving bad reviews, but it's hardto leave a good review. It would a lot to go to this if the employees looked like they liked being there. There is very littlepositive energy from the employees. Read more
A very organized run gas station. Polite employees. I have absolutely no complaints...EXCEPT..... I came in Saturday evening to... pick up the pizza I ordered. As I waited, I was struck by the focus and speed of the person making the pizzas. Very shortly Inoticed frustration. I looked around and she had no one to help. She was working on 3 pizzas. She apologized for it taking solong. She had 7 orders come in, all in a short time. That woman deserves help. It?s Saturday evening, a logical business model;the busiest days demand appropriate number of employee?s. It?s the most fantastic pizza around so it WILL BE BUSY. I?ve told somany to try Casey?s. Stopped in this morning (11/30/22) at 5:30 am and store was not open, says it is to be open at 5am? There was 2 cars parked in... front , I drove around back to find an employee standing outside the back door enjoying a cigarette. I guess that was moreimportant then having the store open on time. The reply says "Our doors are always open during our posted operating hours" Wellit's posted they open at 5 am and there doors were still locked at 5:30 am .. How could that be?? Read more
