When I stopped in this afternoon the lady working at sub-making station kept her cool under extreme pressure when the shop was... slammed with customers inside and out. Ensuring all customers were served and orders went out promptly/correctly. Most impressedby the dedication of the gentleman working up front with the super lady. He efficiently filled the soda machine with more ice,but had discreetly smacked his head. The man acted as if nothing happened and jumped right back on the food line. Great team!And the food was made to perfection despite the store being so busy! Again great store, great team! Read more

Use to be great but know not so fresh produce, not so fresh meats and soggy bread. Big disappointment. Go to Jimmy John's.

Horrible service. The kid taking my order tonite must have Ben stoned . Messed up both subs on my to go order . I should have... unwrapped and checked . Not until I got home did I realize that the subs were so wrong. What is wrong with kids these days .???? Read more

Ordered a simple sub and fries online from the app. Was given a pickup time of 15 minutes. I got to the store right at my pickup... time and waited at the counter. Was ignored for a few minutes before the guy working came up to me. Told him that I was here topickup an online order. He gave no indication that he heard me so I just assumed he did. Waited another 10 minutes when anotheremployee asked me what i was waiting for. I told her and was informed that they hadn't started my order. This was about 30minutes after I had made the order online and 15 minutes after my pickup time. I only get 30 minutes for my lunch break so I hadto leave the store without any food. I asked them to refund my credit card but I doubt they actually will. A simple phone calltelling me my order was going to be late would have been nice. Employees had very negative attitudes. Acting as if it were myfault that I made an online order. Cousins used to be known for good service but apparently not anymore. Read more

I ordered one sub and I didn?t get half of what I wanted on it. This has happened numerous times I haven?t really complained but... now I?m jus sick of it. I saw workers coughing on the food. I?m really disappointed in the people here I didn?t realize it wasso hard to read a receipt and make a sandwich correct. From now on I?ll be heading to Jimmy Johns! Read more

Adequate service. Handicap entrance handicap parking drive-thru window if you order online with app or call ahead. Lots of... delicious food options. Healthy options if you choose correctly. Use coupons for best value. Combined with a BP gas station inHartford right on Highway 60 easily seen. Read more

Subs were okay this day. Have had great subs from her before though. We had a big order and they forgot to add a sub to our... total. Everyone ate before I got mine. The guys there were busy or distracted. Nice though and let us eat in the store. Read more
