I ordered an ice cream which does not need to be cooked and I sat waiting for almost 30 minutes. I even called and told them... that I have been waiting for 15 minutes they said that they would get it right out to me. Since I called at least 6 food orderscame out, while I am still waiting for a ice cream!!! No one ever came out to me besides one of the kids that run food. I didn'tcatch his name, but he apologized multiple times and said that he had told the manager that I was still waiting. After a while Idecided to go in. They were about to hand me the wrong ice cream. The manager could not even find my order to refund my money. He had to ask me how much I paid. All he could say is that they are very busy. When I placed my order there were two other cars.It was a horrible half as* they take no blame for the complaint apology!!! Read more

Probably the best of the "fast food" joints. My kids love it after soccer games (or anytime really). It's the only one where I... don't find myself wondering if eating the packaging would be healthier than the food. Read more

Food is usually undercooked especially the fries and they get the order wrong more than at the old place. Alot of charging... double burgers when ordering singles. Happens all the time. I mean look at all the recent reviews. What is going on with thisplace? I rarely get anything fresh. Looks like I'm not the only one. Read more

The Culver's in Hartford Wisconsin is a marvel of drive-thru dining. Two lanes for drive through is amazing. The service is... always good and the food is even better. The interior of the Culver's has ample room feels unique but still has that Culver'sappeal. Sadly this location will only get four stars because nothing will ever be the original Culver's that sadly burnt down in2021. Rest in peace original Hartford Culver's Read more

This Culver?s is not what it used to be. I write this poor review not to criticize the employees-most employees here are... teenagers working hard to serve customers. It?s a management problem that starts at the corporate level. To get to the actualreview of the service-food is okay, good custard and burgers with okay sides and fries. The huge struggle, and why it isdeserving of one star, is the extraordinarily poor service. Continuous order mixups, cold food, long waits (multiple waits of15plus minutes for overpriced custard), and overworked staff have led to a nightmare of a restaurant experience. If you?repassing by-don?t stop. It?s for the betterment of yourself as a consumer and it will hopefully teach the company a lesson on theimportance of proper training and staffing. Read more

Me and my Family went to eat here, and the place looked really good and professional. The employees where really friendly. I... order a fish sandwich meal, then got a number to sit down. The service was pretty fast for the fact they make every thing fresh. Also the food tasted really good. I would definitely recommend this places to others.!!! Read more

I have a half hour lunch period and work a block away. I went there for lunch, and was over 30 min LATE back to work because... they forgot about my order entirely and I sat in the drive thru waiting the whole time. I waiting for over an hour for my food.I could have went to a sit down restaurant and gotten back to work quicker. I had to ask to check on my order three times. Iwill never go back here for my work lunch again. I lost money from being late, was yelled at by my boss and someone at my jobhad to wait for me to return before they could leave. Would not recommend if you're on your lunch time. Read more

I have to ask the question again: Are your salads truly "freshly made" and what is your definition of "freshly made?" As my last... Garden Fresco salad was skimpy on cucumber slices and grape tomotoes, I asked if they could include 8 cucumber slices and 8grape tomatoes. I thought this was a reasonable request, especially considering I had them omit the croutons and cheddar cheese. The cashier seemed fine with my request. After waiting more 20 minutes for the salad, I finally received it and opened thecontainer to make sure the veggies were there and that the croutons & cheese had been omitted. The cucumbers looked light, Iasked for a few more and they quickly offered a side of cucumbers, which was satisfactory. Later when eating the salad, Idiscovered there were 4 grape tomatoes. Two of them were mushy and ill-tasting. Why on earth does a supposedly "freshly made"salad contain mushy, sour tomatoes? Every single tomato should be crisp and taste good. Where is your quality control? Who ischecking your tomatoes to make sure they are fresh? No one should have to wait 20 minutes for a salad and no one should have toeat substandard produce. Please get your act together so people can enjoy the food they've paid for. Read more
