Love the potato pancakes! Taste just like mama's. Would prefer whole pieces of fish instead of nuggets. Service was good.
I had a great experience here. I made a reservation for Sunday night and I recommend doing the same any day as the place is busy... and great food. Some great baked French onion soup. Bread was great. Then for the Pork Schitznel One of the best I've had in allmy travels and the spatzel was authentic AF Wife had the chicken Parm which she said was very good but a plain sauce. I really wanted to like this place! I had heard a lot of great things about it on a local group, and my wife and I decided to... try it for our Anniversary. The food was good and what you would expect but the service was poor. Our waiter seemed almost?apathetic? in taking care of us. He knew we had several issues with the meal and basically did not say anything to address themeven though I brought them up. I know they are probably feeling the same staffing pains as most places today, but you need to atleast be polite and responsive to your clients. Read more
Hidden gem, met owner, wait staff was courteous and attentive and at the same time unobtrusive. Food was excellent right down... to the decaf Irish coffee we requested after dinner to complement our carrot cake. Outstanding value for the money spend, wewill definitely return soon. This was our first time here but certainly not our last!! Found this place as I was looking for a place halfway between Appleton... and Milwaukee. We were seated right away- server was outstanding! We ordered spaghetti and meatballs, walnut chicken and a NewYork strip. All were very good! We accidentally left our card in the bill and a few minutes later I heard a voice while wewere walking to our car- the waitress was bringing our card!!! Amazing!!!
