I will now waste my gas waiting in line and make everyone behind me wait just as long for the 20 minute fries. 10 cars go... through drive through after me and I know they have fries with their order and didn't wait 20 minutes for theirs. App order wasmade wrong also so they can't even follow directions so simple they hire teens that rather play on tic tac and youtube. Read more

I've had the best experience and best conversation with a person named Claire, Claire was so friendly and so upbeat, they made... my experience ??PHENOMENAL?? I believe in people that deserve reviews, should get them. And Claire is the best! I recognizetheir voice everytime through the drive through. And everytime I get the same best experience. Claire is a fantastic employeeand is every restaurant's dream employee. I lost my reciept - otherwise, I would have done my review on there as well too. But Iknow I will see Claire again to get another chance. I really hope Claire gets to see my review. I asked them if it was okay if Imade a review. Been going to this McDonald?s for years and have very little complaints but my last couple of visits have been a bit of a let... down. Lately the fries seem to be over cooked and hard to eat and they never remember to add the extra requests like add baconor extra pickles. Even when I ask them to make sure if it, never can get my exact order I?m wanting. A little more attentivenessfrom the workers would probably go a long way. Read more

Last time I checked, "fast food" shouldn't take 26 minutes from order to completion for 3 breakfast meals. After my food came up... to the counter, the employee walked away; I had to stand there waiting for her to come back so I could ask where our drinks wereto which she replied, "What were they?" Then she gave me 2 coffees and an empty cup so that I could finish getting my last drinkmyself. I understand I came at a busy time, but when you have 3-4 employees wandering around aimlessly, then you need toaddress the poor management that doesn't have staff trained to handle a rush. Let's just say the night manager rude so rude My husband ordered a double quarter pounder w cheese and they got it wrong put... bacon on it instead took it back and the night manager basically stuck her nose up trying to act better then us and got mouthyand attitude because it wasn't right! You get what you pay for, except when you get overcharged for slopped together McDoubles. Went to use my code from my McDs app.... The cashier said I couldnt use it. Uuuhhhh......yeah you can.
