I ordered online and it said that my order would be ready at 5:51 I got there at about 6 o'clock and my order was not ready... until 612. No adult in site. Chose to pay in store. The girl at register had no clue how to pull it up, was flustered becausephone rang, had to call 2 managers to figure out how to find my order so I could pay. There was a girl in the back doing dishesand when asked to make more garlic bread was making it WITHOUT gloves on after she was just washing dishes. There was anotherlady there that was waiting for her order that she placed online and said she had been there for 20 minutes and was still therewaiting when I left. Was there when they opened one person ahead of me. I ordered 2 pizzas they said 15 minutes. That was doable. After 25 min and... one person who ordered after me left with her pizza I asked and was told next 35 minutes later I got my pizzas. Understaffed isa big issue but at the calculation of 1 pizza ever 12 min I will not be going back. Read more

I have had really good service and quality of ingredients at this location until tonight. I ordered online and when I got home... my pizza was wrong. The order slip showed exactly what I ordered, however the pizza wasn't made to my specifications. I calledto explain the situation and was offered $2 off my next order. Customer service is a joke, you made my pizza wrong, that's notmy fault. Replace the pizza on your error. Keep your $2. Oh yeah- I even tipped them. Read more

Tonight we attempted to take advantage of a email offer for 40% off an order of $20 or more. Due to poor cell coverage, we were... unable to complete the transaction. We called the store and explained the situation. They took the order and told us they wouldhonor the offer. When we arrived to pay and pick up the pizza, we were told the offer could only be extended online (despitebeing told when order was made that it would be honored). The woman in charge was adamant about not extending the discount, andwas quite rude. We ended up paying $23.50 for the pizza, vowing to not return.
