My garlic knots were burnt. Won't order from here again.
I set up my order for 5:30. I called to check on it because the order summary wasn't showing everything I ordered they said... order would be ready at 5:30-5:40. Ok fine. I left my home at 5:10 and got a text message that my order was already ready. Soit sits for 10 minutes while I get there. I'm really trying to be easier going about things these days because places are havingtrouble getting enough staff but that is no excuse for just not caring. The staff is nice enough when they are aware they havecustomers and aren't playing on their phones. So I get my order and when I get home, the order is wrong. Received the wrongcrusts and my garlic knots are burned. Needless to say, Papa Johns will no longer get my business. Not that that really mattersto them. Read more
