Very rude customer service, my man asked for the steak and cheese. The guy that made it didn't even fill the scoop. There was... bread spots showing everywhere. So he told him that it needs more meat and he said he can't and toasted it. When it came out ofthe toaster my man said he didn't want it, for obvious reasons. The lady that was also there, yelled at my man and said with avery rude tone " well you still have to pay for it." She also said " I'm done with you". I got a BLT, which was toasted. Shetook my sandwich out of the toaster and threw it away. We was not rude with them at all. We just left, because they refused toserve us. Honestly, I don't ever want to eat here again. We had not stopped @ Subway for a long time. Decided to get the BLT, with extra bacon. It was OK. We usually do not stop for... just sandwiches. If we eat out, it is almost always for a sit down meal. For the price of two foot longs we could have had the"sit down". But there were left overs for later. Read more
I ordered a sandwich thru their app, and while the order was imput correctly, the employee who took it got it wrong. I had half... of the veggies and the wrong sauce on my sandwich, to the point I couldn't eat it. Thanks for taking my money and screwing up asimple job. Read more
P not bad pretty good I really wish that they would put doors on their food so flies wouldn't be on it
Usually not short tempered, but the device was terrible. First of all, there was already a line when we got inside which is a... red flag for me. Then the employees proceed to trash talk the way their restaurant is ran and how they need more help in frontof all of us customers. Very slow and is dirty inside. Placed an online order to be told at pickup that they weren't able to read the details so my food wasn't ready. No problem,... gave them my order and said I would run to the gas station while they were making it so I wouldn't be losing any time. I comeback and they've made sandwiches for customers who had come in after me and my food still wasn't ready. To top it off theyoffered me a small drink for all my troubles. Very friendly ... and great place if u want something healthy fast ..and sometimes they wont charge me for my drink or cookie... ... because I go there every day for my lunch break .. very fresh foods it doesn't sit there all day and the bread tastes likeits bake fresh every day.. cookies are soft too ..I never get one that is hard Read more
Drove into town to pick up a quick lunch, to find that THIS location does not accept coupons. Sandwiches and service were... good, but of course I paid double. This should be flagged on the web page and app, since there are other stores nearby. Read more
