Went here on 10-2-22 @ 7 pm. One car in drive thru 3 in parking lot. Pulled up to order drive thru young man said 15-20 min. Ok... that's alright, then lady I'm assuming was manager came on said 25-3[0minutes and card only! Ummmm why???!! I am a assistantmanager at Bob Evans I totally understand with 15-20 cuz of help. But I am totally not understanding 25-30 and card only at avery slow time!!¡ I am very disappointed with this and may not be back for a very long time! Get it together Taco Bell!!! Read more
Went here and they told us they were out of beef then when I ordered steak on my food they gave me beef and we had to keep... asking to get our entire order. Would not recommend anymore used to be good but it has gone way down. Read more
Very rarely do they have the ingredients needed to make most menu items. Poor management?? Sign of the times?? Didn't get any... food, drive away. Was glad I did after another person showed a video of the inside a couple days later. Filthy!! Read more
Ordered. Paid. People behind us ordered and the manager gave them 50% off all because they were related to the cashier (they... didn?t work there at all-even they were shocked they got 50% off). Not ok. Manager answered phone very unprofessional. Come tofind out it was an employee in the bathroom needing them to bring them toilet paper. They was not discreet about it at all. Onlytrue professional employee was the very put together girl with purple hair (she was beautifully black) who made our order. Sheshould?ve been the manager. Disappointing! First, they couldn't take cards through the drive- thru, which made NO sense, so we had to go inside. The cheesy... shells for the box deal chalupas had not thawed - they did throw in a couple tacos and coupons. Overall, not a great visit Read more
Came through drive through today for a simple cheese quesadilla, they put the wrong sauce on it. Mind You I paid for extra... jalapeño sauce they gave me chipotle and barely any at that. Disgusting. I?ll never go back. Disappointed. The cheese wasclearly old tasted moldy. The sauce was disgusting I order one thing every time I know what it?s suppose to taste like. Since moving back to Hartford city every time we go to this Taco Bell they get something wrong, and it?s never something simple... like they forgot a taco Itza they didn?t make any other taco supreme give me a completely different burrito or just didn?tinclude entire items. Then occasionally you?ll come through and they?ll say that their system is ?rebooting? or that they?re outof some necessary supply like cheese or taco shells. Honestly this is probably the worst Taco Bell in a four County radius Theonly reason I keep going back is I forget that it sucks and then come back and remember. Read more
The food was actually the best I have EVER had from here!! Sometimes it's hit or miss. The reason I only gave 4 stars was solely... due to staff. They are so rude. So short with you, make you feel rushed. And in return, I forget stuff. They put our entireorder in 1 BAG! Placed an entire party pack order of tacos on my husband's taco pizza, so the toppings were stuck to be top. Iordered a new cravings box and my fries were so soggy I could not eat them. Super bummed about that! But if customer serviceisn't want you "want" or " like," maybe consider something else.
