They are slow, can?t make some of the drinks right and as far as getting hot fudge ever is ridiculous. Either they don?t have it... or when they do it?s cold & hard. They constantly get my order wrong and it?s as simple as stuff on the menu. Read more
Great ice cream, but you have to be open to serve it!! Hartland location always randomly closed early. Drove 20 minutes one way... again to find a hand written sign saying they are closed at 6 pm tonight. Meanwhile Dairy Queen across the street is lined uparound the building. I'm sure they will be scratching their heads when they go out of business.. it doesn't take a rocketscientist to figure it out. Read more

I've given this place 5 chances since they opened. After tonight, they are now 0 for 5. Every time I go in there the service is... incredibly slow and they are always out of something. They've been out of cookies, out of brownies, out of chocolate syrup, andout of milk all on different visits. Tonight I go in there at 9:05 in June. It's still day light!! Kid says "sorry, we'reclosed". Inconvenient? Maybe, but, that's personal opinion. Bad business? Absolutely! I mean why would you close and ice creamstore at 9:00 pm on an 85 degree Saturday night in June?!? There is a happy ending though - went to DQ pretty much right acrossthe street.
