Pizzas never have parmesan butter crust despite ordering it, has been a problem all year. Ordered in store (8/27/22) and the... employees were being rude to customers while unaware that any customers were in the store. Read more

I?d Like to say that the food here is better than any other Hungry Howie?s but... it?s the same quality food you?ll get when you order Hungry Howie?s anywhere. I am at doordasher and I was picking up an order from this hungry Howie's around 5:00 p.m. today. I got stuck in the middle... section trying to cross the highway during the snow storm. While I was stuck the employees were watching me work my way to getunstuck and we're very prepared to call a tow truck if needed. When I walked in to pick up my dash from this particular hungryHowie's I was greeted with applause and cheers. It really made me feel better about a very stressful situation and I just wantedto say thank you to all the employees that were on shift. ?? Y'all are the best. Read more

We had a coupon that we just received in the mail. All the coupons on the sheet expired in December31st, we just assumed they... all did because they were all on the same sheet. My son went up to get our pizza coupon deal which was Buy 1 Large 1 topping andget a Medium one topping for a dollar. My son got there. He was being rung up, he handed the coupon over, still being rung up,then someone from the back came to the register and said that coupon is expired. No deal was given to us, he left without thePizza's they should have offered a deal or something, instead not only did they lose money on the pizza they already made,instead of giving my son a different price or deal for the trouble. NOPE, he walked out with no pizza dinner, no sorry, nothing.Very poor customer service and this is not the 1st time. We will not be back after this situation. Read more
We have been let down with recent pizza order. We had ordered green peppers and mushrooms. There were very few 6-8 very thin... slices of each of them in recent order today. We have been a customer for years and we are truly disappointed. We alsoexperienced a $2 dollar increase on the price of the pizza. We are so very disappointed with all. Read more
