The best Trop around! The gm deserves a raise. She?s always wearing a pretty smile and maintains the store very well.
I came in a few minutes after open, I?m assuming I was the first customer of the day. The one girl working did not even say... hello and just stood at the register to take my order. She then was a mute until I asked for the breakfast menu was. She said?right there ? while pointing. And after that said nothing else to me, but instead dropped my items off at the end of thecounter turned around took her gloves off slammed the food trays shut and went into the back room. Second time ordering a CHEESE quesadilla from this location and I have got a quesadilla with chicken on it and normally this... would not bother me but today i ordered another cheese quesadilla and there was chicken and the cheese was not even melted itslike they put it from the table to my box without even cooking it. ruined my lunch hour Read more
The best smoothie place for my money, and some good eats to go with those frozen fruity concoctions. I wish they would figure... out how to make a small or at least medium sized option; the one size they have is generous but may not "fit all". And if anyoneknows any trick to get that last inch of smoothie with a straw, please let me know! PS try the edible lime straw if they haveit. Pretty much a candy treat, but the line flavor is subtle and it's something different. Read more
The tropical smoothie in Hartland is by far the prettiest one I have ever seen. There is no smell just fresh. Two times I went... in to the Fenton location I noticed a smell that wasn't so pleasant and it was dark . In Hartland the lighting is wonderful itmakes you feel better, because it's so bright even on dark days! And the customer service is fast friendly and just GREAT!! Read more
Second time getting smoothies from this location this week. Smoothies are light on flavor, both my wife's and mine, both times.... We get these same smoothies from the Howell and Brighton locations and they don't have issues. They actually even look darkerfrom the other locations. Are you skimping on ingredients? Very disappointing for $6-$7 smoothies. I'm thinking about notgetting any more from this location. Read more
