I arrived here and saw the drive through line up was at the road waiting, I decided to go in side. I witnessed 2 people in front... waiting to order and 2 people waiting for there orders... After 15 minutes one person had there order taken infront of me andone person got there order which was a medium coffee... I left after 20 minutes and decided to chance the drive through. That'swhen I noted the time I was waiting already... Now 10 more minutes in drive through. Which didn't seem unreasonable with 8 carsahead of me... If there were another choose of coffees else where near by... I would have def. Chosen it .. this place needssome management and maybe an audit from head office... My opinion Read more
If I could give negative stars I would. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Very rude. Barely knowledge you?re... ordering. Snapping at you. When you mention that they are being rude they continue to yell at you through the speaker. Terribleplace. Read more
It's selection is a joke. And any time I go there they have mainly 2 flavors and 1 or 2 of this or that. Very bad selection.... They get a 2 because the coffees good. Read more
Had an encounter with a racist worker at the drive thru speaker. She was mocking the accent of a foreigner worker while asking... for my order, the man she was mocking was shockingly standing right beside her when I got up to the window and he looked just asdisgusted as my boyfriend and I felt about it. To go on top of it they messed up about as simple as an order as we could placeas all the other Caucasian employees laughed at her being an absolute clown. Wish I got her name so I could post it publicly,she had very short dark brown hair, wore thin banded glasses and would have been around 50-55 years old and has a very annoyingvoice. I placed an order via the app for pick up through the drive-through. At orders are guaranteed to give me an email receipt. I... often forget to ask at the window. I had to wait 20 minutes for The Omelette bites I ordered. The staff will be 10 minutes whenI was at the window. I'm not sure if they just don't make any or they just didn't have any at that moment. For that, I blame theapps inability to properly check with the restaurant, even though the app does say it checks. At 15 minutes I entered therestaurant and I was told 60 Seconds. 3 minutes later I received my full order. I work in a retail environment so I amcompletely understanding. I wish the app was more reliable when it comes to product availability. Read more

The guys that work there do not wear beard nets (which they are suppose too), they made my sandwiches and drinks .. I brought... them back in and someone else made them, as the guys did not want to wear them. I believe the "manager" should do doing theirjob and getting their employees to wear the proper nets..
