I have no idea why is location is so much worse than the others. Last October I ordered a meatball sub and only got marinara. A... few months later I ordered a provolone sub and all I got was cheese and bread. Today I ordered 15 inch provolone sub and thebread was falling apart and soggy, the lettuce and tomatoes were on one side and the onions and mayonnaise were on the otherside. It wasn't even cut in half. I ordered the broccoli and cheese soup that's usually served in a paper container with a lid.This time I got a plastic oval container that leaked all over my floor mat as it was packed sideways. I also didn't notice thatwhen I was handed my soda that there was no ice in the cup. The Pewaukee, Oconomowoc, Sussex and Waukesha locations are great!I unfortunately went to this location as it's mile from my house. The owner just cuts and pastes a response to all the negativereviews as they are all exactly the same. Look for yourself. If the owner doesn't care then why should the staff.
