WOW. The Chef John is probably the best sub I have ever had! Superbly fresh ingredients, bread is off the chain, hot peppers a... must! Owner is super friendly and inviting space in the old fire house! There is a reason this has 5 stars, believe thehype! I believe this place just ruined all other sub shops for me. Oh my goodness!! Just moved to the area for obviously a variety of other reasons but I think this sub shop is going to be my... favorite reason. Soooo good! Best sub I've ever had, easily. Shared the "hook" with my daughter, plenty of food for both of us.Generous portions and excellent quality of ingredients. I'm kind of picky with deli meat, this was literally the best.
