There was a ROACH in my salad. Alive!! I hate roaches, let along not to mention how unsanitary that is! Our children wanted to... honor their dad with a nice dinner at this place for his bday. Our first time in a restaurant of this type. We got server thesalad and soup. When I went to eat my food I found it. Unfortunately I didn’t take a picture. I was too in shock. I normally visits this place with my family,and food is normally cooked okay,especially when I ask them to prepare it a specific... way.(food is great) But the last visit left a a bitter taste in my mouth.My nice received her first job cheque. So decided totake me there.When the Cook was finish she give him a good amount of Tip.After she paid the bill,we left out.While leaving outa guy began yelling at her asking her WHERE IS MY TIP?WHERE IS MY TIP ? In a rude ,aggressive manner.She informed him that shealready give the tip.He then replied The chef tip has nothing to do with his tip,and then I told him I wasn't aware of thatother wise we could of split it into 2.He begun yelling and also used bad words at us. I visit this place frequently, we actually drive about 15-20 minutes from home to eat here. (Not that it’s far but we have... local hibachi restaurants in our area.) Tonight was the first time I am disappointed, there were 4 of us, our bill came and wepaid with a debit card, the waiter took it upon himself to add a $30 tip without asking. We were paying cash in tip and youdon’t assume how much we are giving you. We always tip the person cooking when they are done cooking and cleaning up thegrill. Read more
Solid fun time with "decent" food. No exhaust hoods over the cooking areas leave you going home smelling like fried rice. But... the hibachi chefs are A+++ with both the kids and adults. It's a "must try" - if just to entertain the kids or a first date. Read more
This was both my mom's and my husband's first experience with this type of dining and they both loved it. Our chef was... friendly, entertaining and engaging. He made watching him prepare our meal truly delightful. My son also had a blast ????. Therestaurant was clean and protocol was observed. Great food - great experience. The chefs are hilarious, entertaining and are excellent chefs. Needs updating & parking lot... needs more lights. So much fun for a group or a date. Going to try and come here more often ???????? Read more
It wasn't as lively as I remember although our cook made it fun. I do however wish the waiter we had was more knowledgeable. It... would've saved me from wasting $38 on a meal. Also was a bit upset because their closing time online versus on their door wasdifferent and they literally started cleaning the other tables while we were there. Read more
