2 stars are for the good food and atmosphere, the missing 3 stars are the reason enough for us not to go back there again. In... the $25 lobster roll you get exactly 4 ounces of lobster, I wish I would have taken a picture but it was literally the size of acaterpillar. For $25 I better get more than that. Even the cook i saw outside was like "yeah, the owners are cheap and won't letus put more than 4 ounces." Lost my business. Read more

Ordered 1 lb of snow crab + 2 portions of crawfish. The crab portion looked too tiny, so I used scales to check. It weighed... 11.5 oz. Called them to bring up the issue, they got really defensive, started telling me it’s not possible as the chef usesscales. When I said I also used scales, they said “oh, sorry, I’ll let the chef know”. That’s great but it doesn’tsolve my issue, right? I asked them if they can offer a solution for me and they said “they can’t”. So, this place notonly delivered less food than they charged for, they also try to play dumb and didn’t want to own the problem. Read more
Came here to celebrate a friend’s birthday. The reviews raves about how good the food is, but I was disappointed. The snow... crab legs had no taste. I ordered the catfish basket. It was ok nothing memorable. My drink was nice but didn’t get me buzzednot sure how much alcohol was in it. Also they automatically add their 18% gratuity to the bill. I had better food. Captain Crab is PHENOMENAL! The food was spectacular, and there’s certainly something for everyone. Their Lunch Specials Menu... is reasonable and the portions are generous. And that Voodoo Juice definitely put a spell on me, lol. Listen, I would check themout if I were you. I know I’ll be going back with reinforcements ?????????????? very soon. This spot is soooo bomb! If ur craving a Seafood Boil this is the spot! I ordered the special- 1lb Snow Crab 1/2lb clams &... 1/2lb mussels with the Captain Crab Special sauce in Spicy!!!! Came here last year with a date. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious. We didn't have to wait long to be served. It could be... because we came during a weekday. I'm not sure how the place is on the weekend. The seating was comfortable, we had a booth.Atmosphere was cool. There's a full bar in the restaurant as well. Read more
