Paid for my order?. Said 20-30 minutes?. I 5 minutes away?. Order NEVER showed up yet it says it was delivered?!
I don?t know what has taken place with this store rather it?s under new ownership new management or whatever but it?s a huge... improvement very well worth the money the food is awesome if it is a delivery you get your food fast and hot with friendlyservice I am extremely impressed I cannot say enough that this is the best pizza I?ve ever had in the state of New York thankyou very much keep up the good work I will not go any place else for my pizza thank you so so much a very happy customer Read more
Not only did order take 2 hours to drive 3.4 miles but it took 2 different drivers. When i finally got my pizza it was not what... I ordered. I called get put on hold and then i didn't even get to talk to anyone the phone hung up 4 times on me!!!! I orderoften enough that this should not happen! Not only not getting my order in a timely manner but i ordered on the app withspecific instructions due to dietary restrictions in my household for me to get not what i ordered at all! So i spent a lot ofmoney for nothing because now none of us can eat what was sent!!!! I will be calling to complain again tomorrow!!! Read more
This location is a hit or miss sometimes you get a decent pie made and sometimes it?s so bad that you lose your appetite just... looking at the pie. I support the local businesses that?s why I went back to them even after having issues a couple of times.But this is the last time. And the worst thing is that they never answer their phone! Just don't order here. Had no issue with the online order or the speed with delivery. Perhaps that's where the problem is. This... is what they sent as parmesan wings. Disgusting. I can't believe my hubbie tried to eat a few before going to the bathroom tovomit. The pizza was lousy. I didn't expect a gourmet experience, come on, its Dominoes, but edible food would be nice. This place is the worst, continuously. We waited 1 hr and 20 min for our 2 pizzas on a Thursday night. The app said the pizzas... left the store at delivery at 8:53 PM. They weren't delivered until 9:33 pm... 40 min! And we live 5 min. away. And the appsaid they arrived 20 min. before they actually did. When they finally arrived they were ice cold and burnt! And this is not thefirst time. We officially will no longer order from Domino's. Disgraceful service! Read more
