Friendly service, delicious food! I?ve had ramen in the city mostly (and in Japan) so I was worried this place wouldn?t be up to... par, but the noodles are fresh, broth is delicious, meat is nice and fatty, eggs were perfect! This place is so delicious! I feel like it?s so hard to find really good ramen spots in Westchester County, but this place was... legit! We went here for a warm and cozy dinner last Sunday and it did not disappoint. We started off with the gyozas, which weremouth watering. Then we got the Buffalo chicken kaarage wings, which were so appetizing! We then both got two versions of spicyramen, which was so worth it! One of the most satisfying and filling ramen bowls. I had the miso ramen and it was the ideal portion for me. Fresh flavors and... made to order. Noodles are cooked to perfection, not soggy. I shared a potato croquette between two people and it was absolutelycrisp and delicious on the outside and wonderfully flavorful on the inside. Would definitely come back again. Food is consistent and fantastic overtime! I love the Tantanmen Ramen recommended by Maura who has given us a memorable first... outing as parents. Our baby was crying and she offered to push him in the restaurant in his stroller so we could enjoy our meal(there were no other customers at the time). She sang him songs and calmed him down and we did not have to take turns inhalingour lunch. I went in another time and Maura can strong arm that entire dining room herself effortlessly and has the bestattitude you do not see in the service industry anymore.
