Hardee?s in Hartselle Al has just gotten ridiculously pathetic. They can?t get nothing out on time and there manager is... constantly yelling at the employees. Hardee's corporate really ought to consider closing this location absolutely the worst part is I think I've ever visited. Not... only can they not cook a biscuit without burning it I've given them three opportunities to be fair to get an order correct. Inthe last three visits not one order has successfully left their drive-thru correctly. Three strikes and you're out I will not berevisiting this location corporate office really needs to close this. Not possible to give less than one star if it was theywouldn't even receive half a star. Read more
Such a disappointment. Got biscuit n gravy combo and loaded omelet biscuit combo. Gravy had barely any sausage and was watery.... Maybe 2 bacon buts in the whole loaded omelet. Definitely not what's advertised nor what we expected. Read more
I have been coming here all of my life to this little Hartselle Hardee?s. Every now and then there may be a few bumps but my... total experience has been very positive from the great people to the food. Once I even left my debit card at home and they gaveme my food anyway. Who does that? Of course I quickly came back so the employee wouldn?t be out money but I thought that wasawesome. The best breakfast in town to this day. Read more
The LAST time at the Hardee's in Hartselle!!! I sat in line for 45 minutes, my order was wrong, not the first time, but will be... the last. I called the store to see if I had to wait in line again to get the correct food & they hung up on me. I was nice, Ididn't get mad & the guy hung up on me! I returned to the store, by then it was another 30 minutes & the correct food washorrible. It was old, the cheese on my biscuit was hard, it was so old. I understand everyone is struggling, understaffed, etc.I can't afford to spend money on food I have to throw away. If they had even been nice about it, I wouldn't complain. The food, service, and price for some of the items on the breakfast menu is great! Rarely do one find such a restaurant that... provides consistent service and good food! The only issue have with Hardee's is, when you go inside the grease stays with youlong after you leave????? Read more
