VERY rude lady taking orders in the drive thru. Pulled up at 10:32. The brrakfast menu was still up (no big deal) I asked if... they was serving lunch, she said yes. I asked if she could possibly change the menu board so we could see the lunch board, andshe very rude said she couldn't do anything about that. Drove off. Won't be back. Read more

Sat in drive thru longer then 25 minutes and got carbon monoxide poison with the window down!! Couldn't see anything when i went... to leave or see the person at the window. Keep your windows up here it is in a divot with no air flow, keep the exhaust fumesfrom hurting you. Read more
I'm particularly fond of Hartselle's McDonalds. Their Breakfasts & Chicken McNuggets Happy Meals always hit the spot. This... McDonalds Drive-Thru always includes napkins, appropriate utensils, & sauces. (Regrettably not all McD stores do as well.) Read more
This is the most unclean McDonald's I've been to. Ask the person in charge of they could get someone to clean the tables off. A... girl come out and cleaned the three around us. That was it. This time was actually really good! They got my order right and even gave me all the sauces and extras I ordered, the food was... super fresh, like hot fries that we had to let cool down kind of fresh, and while I had to wait for about 10 minutes or so forthem to bring the order out (online pick-up from the app) I feel like it was worth it to have my order as good as it was.They've let me down quite a bit recently, messed up food or missing items, but this was a really great visit and I give them awhole lot of credit for that. We ordered 2, 20 piece chicken nuggets to take home for done. After arriving we opened the boxes and they were all but 3 burnt... to a crisp. It was so bad they broke in half. I would of never sent anything like this with a customer. Honestly I would ofwaited for our order if they had just told us. I rarely go get food bc of the cost, now to not even be able to eat.
