Many things in this trip. Why is there a LITERAL child working . And the lady at the drive through was sitting , coughing her... head off. ON THE PHONE. The line is backed up. Bad. We sat in line for 20 mins, nothing was fresh so why were we there so long.Not to mention another employee had go around her to hand us the food. They forgot our drinks. It was 10, now 10:36. Employee got angry, told me ?get out of the lobby, we closed.? when the door was unlocked and the sign said open. I had a pickup... order so I asked for it; to their credit, they did give me the pickup order but the one lady employee in particular wasextremely rude about it. I had sworn this store off because of previous poor experiences but I gave them another chance. Thinking its been months since... I've been here surely they can't always be bad. I was wrong. I ordered a family nugget, a 5$ biggie bag and a sour cream andchive potatoes. After paying, and getting no receipt they inform me they're out of potatoes and it will be 10 min before thenext is ready. They asked if I wanted to wait. Um no I am not waiting 10 min for a microwave potatoe... and don't tell me that'snot what they do because I worked with this particular Wendy's franchise in Decatur for a better part of a decade and I knowthats what they do when potatoes aren't ready. Anyway, I didn't want to wait and they said they could give me baconator friesor apples. I asked if I could just get a burger of equal or lesser value because that was going to be my meal. I don't eat thefries, cheese or bacon, again due to knowing the inside outs of this particular restaurant. They told me no so I settled forfries, knowing good and well they're gonna end up in the garbage at home. The nuggets where soggy and half cooked. About theonly good thing in this whole purchase was the peach sprite and my husband Jr bacon. 22 bucks wasted. Next time I'll just gosomewhere else when I need to get a quick meal for my family on the way to the Ball field. This location is horrible. 10/10don't recommend. Read more
I got a combo meal two weeks ago. The fries were cold and over cooked. I asked for a fresher order and they didn?t have one. ... I decided to give it one more try since the commercials had them rated better than McDonalds. Bad decision on my part. Friesstill limp and mostly burnt. Won?t be going back. Read more
I will still give wendy's four stars even though they always seem to be out of something, yesterday I went in and wanted a... family size chicken nuggets...They were out of original so we got the spicy against my better judgement. We couldnt even eat it.I may as well have flushed 13 dollars down the toilet. At night they are out of every drink I will attribute this to being a newrestaurant and they are still figuring things out. The people that work there are always nice and friendly. Read more
Unfriendly staff, can't even keep things as simple as drinks in stocks. Waited in drive thru for over 15 minutes, there was... maybe 4 cars in the parking lot. They need to worry less about taking pictures for their social media and focus more on customerservice Read more
They hit the trifecta! Slow, cold and totally wrong. I understand the work shortage so I try to be understanding about super... slow drive thrus. But can the food at least be what I ordered? Or hot... Or at least warmish? Husband says 'worst Wendy's EVER' Read more
