UPDATE: Well I received a response from 3 people once each apologizing. At this time no compensation for the $18 I spent for... one lie and cold food. Wish I could give zero stars. I ordered one chicken finger and one grilled chicken sandwich meals. Thiswas at a time that was slow only me. Received my order in under 5 minutes so I know it?s not fresh. I ask her ?is this fresh?? ?yes ma?am? she replies. I say ?both orders?? with a smile ? yes ma?am. ?Are the fry?s hot?? She says ?yes. I think so shouldbe?. I came thru the drive thru ordered some tenders and fries. I asked for my fries well done..As soon as I got to the window the... the order is done i asked the manager Danielle(the name that was given when my wife called) was the fries well done and she saidthat they was getting cooked while I was ordering.. I check my food and fries wasn't cooked well done.. i go back to the windowand tell them the fries wasn't well done.. they tell me to pull up..we did a few minutes later they come out no apology..I checkthe fries again and it seems like they put the fries we brought back in the grease because some where darker than the other. Went to Zaxbys tonight for supper. I wanted to get my favorite, the Cobb salad. The lady said that they don't serve salads... anymore. I was very surprised and continued to order the boneless wings for my fiance. She also said that they don't serve themanymore.
