The server/waitress did a very good job. She was nice and friendly. The only reason I even give it a 3 is because of the... server/waitress. I ordered a steak and it was over cooked. I sent it back and when it was brought to me it was worse than thefirst time. Not only was ot worse but I had to wait 30 to 45 minutes just for it to be overcooked more than the first time. Read more
The food was very good I got a cheeseburger that was perfectly cooked moist and delicious. We ordered from the two for twenty... menu and we each got a salad instead of an appetizer to share.. they were not very busy and it did take a few minutes to pay aswe had to go to bar and wait for someone to come take our money. Service here was totally Awful!! I order food came in a reasonable time. No One came back to see if everything was okay or asked... if I wanted a refill. The worst part is management didn?t even speak But all spoke to people all around me, make a right andspoke to others. I?m giving a one star because the kitchen staff did an awesome job. Read more
Our server was Michael. He wasn't rude, but definitely not pleasant either. We didn't see him smile not once. Service was... mediocre (being generous). Our apps took an hour to come out (there was only 4 tables seated in the whole place). There was noclean silverware (or none wrapped). Then my Alfredo came out in a plate full of standing water. Our server DID correct the foodissue & brought me a fresh plate of food, but the whole experience was not a good one. This place has gone downhill bad. Read more
Clean good food customer service could be better not too busy
It's was pretty decent since its under new management. The food is lot better and I also like that they changed the floors.
DO NOT LEAVE A TIP BEFORE YOU PICK UP YOUR FOOD THE! The food was excellent. The delivery to our vehicle was awful. We sat there... in the allotted space for delivery to our vehicle. We were the only car and could clearly be seen thru the window from therestaurant. We waited over 10 minutes. I tried phoning the restaurant but no one would answer the phone. I called the Applebee'scustomer service number. They even connected to the restaurant and they still wouldn't answer the phone. I went in and got ourfood. They left entrees out of my order. They supposedly had it just sitting in the back. I hate I left a tip when I ordered. Iwon't make that mistake again! Read more
