Just ate at 10.45 pm The food was Mostly cold have items on my wife an My hot dogs not even asked For.. cold bacon under the... chili an the tots where cold as well we both . Are vomiting 25 minutes later.. very dis appreciate how we where done. Theycould have said they did not want cook anything.. an we would of went any where else..no photo to show I chunked there trashin there parking Lot. maybe a dog can eat it an ("Peta") will do something... even heard them laugh at people ordering foodbehind us. Sadly though Thought They must be ordering something that was not on menu... come To find Out. we all were thejoke getting 2 hour or more old food.. barly warm.. Read more
If I could give this place a zero I would this is too high of rating for this establishment September 11 2022 around 10 pm we... decided to stop by this so called sonic the staff was so rude we spent 66 dollars at this place for food if you want to call itthat the hotdog was not even cooked and the rest was over cooked then I ordered cheese sticks the whole staff was rude andacting like they gave it too me and the lady was throwing a fit about giving me my cheese sticks I paid for ! I used to come tothis Sonic for about 30 years til about a few years back when I moved away I was shocked at how customers was treated andquality of food I would not suggest this place we wasted 66 dollars on food we could not eat ??. Sonics Hartsville, SC - The service is normally great even when it's busy, like slammed. Placed an order for a Unsweetened... Strawberry tea and All American Hot Dog and it took approximately 20 minutes to receive it. Customers who placed orders afterus received their food. Finally got our food after stating we wanted to cancel our order. The service person needs to work onher customer service etiquette. Will continue to be a customer of Sonic, but today was not a good experience. Read more
Usually always smooth with my order, I like the little area with the playground and the volleyball. I can sit down with my... friends and eat, which is usually what I do. However, sometimes the food isn?t fresh or hot, but thats not really a concern forme as the food is always good and the drinks are as well. Overall, pretty good experience, but if you?re looking for fresh itmay be a hit or miss. Read more
Ordered our food via the mobile app since none of the screens at this restaurant seem to work. Pressed the red button to let... them know we were there since the stall didn?t have a number to use the check-in feature in the app. They told us our orderwould be out soon. 30 minutes later nothing had been brought to our car so we reminded them ?we are here?. Order came out 5minutes later, but without our drinks, and cold. Looked for the receipt on our food bag, but was told they can?t print them?.The waitress went back to get our drinks, and we noticed the ice cream melted on the sour patch kids float so it had beensitting for a while? This is the second time we?ve visited this Sonic, and they always have problems. 1st time theyovercharged us for our hot dogs when they had a special running, and now this. Looks like we will be driving a little furtherto Darlington, SC if we want to visit Sonic again. note: could someone in the management at Sonic get their stall screensfixed at the restaurant? It was great in my opinion of what i ordered the chili cheese coni was something different ,nice cheese textures it was melted... the chili was warm the bun was toasted and the hotdog tasted like it was actually beef ,so if i had to pick something around thearea to eat it would definitely be sonic again Read more
