We waited in line for just over 20 minutes with one car in front of us in the drive thru while four employees stood outside... smoking and pointing to the cars lining up at the drive thru. When we finally got to the speaker to order, we sat for another 10minutes to be asked to wait some more. We waited another 5 minutes before they finally took our order. In other words, if yousee the Wendy's employees in Hartsville, SC outside smoking, don't stop because you will be wasting your time. Read more

I ordered a simple combo and was given the wrong side order which I discovered going down the road. There were few cars at the... drive-up so it did not seem very busy. Getting a simple order correct should have been fairly simple to do. The employee takingmy order at the drive-thru did not seem to be focused on this customer's order in an effective and efficient manner. Read more

I ordered the Wendy's Italian burger and the Wendy's Italian chicken through GrubHub. It came nice and warm and almost inedible.... It was hard and dry and not flavorful at all. The so-called marinara sauce could not be tasted at all or seen. The mozzarellacheese stayed block hard and did not stretch at all. I threw the other halves away this morning. Never again Read more
