I bought pizza from here last night. I buy pizzas from caseys often. But this is the 1st time in Hartville.This was the worst... pizza I have ate. The crust was soggy and wasn't done. It was gross. I had to put it in the I oven just so we could eat some. Iwill never ever buy from this store again . I bought 2 pizzas now we have to cook more. Mansfield and moutain grove I havenever had this problem. More training for this store. Read more
I live in Hartville and its daily I stop in this location whether it be gas or coffee. For the last 5 days coffee has been... scarce and or cold. I realize the store itself is busy but I wont be back until y'all learn how to keep coffee station hot androlling. Oh and when I do nicely request for a new fresh pot of coffee to be made that the employee not sigh in exasperationwith rolling eyes where me the customer can hear you. Learn some manners! Read more
Some days are better just depends on who's working I guess. But it's a gas station and pizza place!

One bathroom very small and no one was present when I arrive, I had to yell to get someone.
