If I could give it a zero star I would. It is quite literally 0.1 miles from where we live and after almost 2 hrs, we never got... our food. We ordered a little after 5:30 for delivery and said it would be delivered within 30-40 minutes. After an hr with nofood we called and asked where our food was and they told us that we had ordered carry out instead of delivery even though ourconfirmation email stated it was for delivery. They said it would be there in 10 minutes and after another hr there was still nofood. The ?1st? order was only for $20 and they canceled it and charged us for $26 instead after we called about our food andthen noticed they canceled that order as well as if they never intended to deliver our food. I had to spend over half an hour, and had to make 6 phone calls, before I was able to place my pickup order. Here is how it went... down. They never picked up the phone twice, redirected my call to corporate (without my requesting such) twice, picked up andthen rudely hung up on me mid order once, and finally after the 6th time, was able to successfully make my order. The Hartville Pizza Hut has the best pizza buffet we have tasted in awhile and the server we had was the only one there and was... great as well she has worked at a couple of them in her many years of service, don't let her go she's extremely good. Read more
I placed an order today August 31st @ 1:38pm. And the total was a $113. I clled after 4pm saying that I had not gotten my... order....the manger.. (she said she was )did not have a driver but ordered a door dasher... we had already waited for almost 3hrs ...with no notice....or contact from them directly. She said we will have to wait for another 20min for it to arrive. Itdid arrive at 436pm and when it finally showed up after I called and asked where my order was ... and then I was missing 5pizzas and she wanted me to just take the loss and still pay for the 5 pizzas when I had ordered 7 pizzas but only received2.....She said she was the manager and that she packed the order up herself and that everything was there....but I told her Ido not have them and I'm not going to pay for them if I don't have them. She told me she doesn't know what to tell me that shewould not give me a refund. She said she would drive to my house HERSELF to deliver the missing pizzas....but SHE DID NOT! AlsoWhen we finally got the food the food is cold and it tastes old not fresh and hot. Just had the worst meal we have ever had from Pizza Hut! We ordered 2 medium hand tossed pizzas that were at best - thin crust.... They were overcooked and like tough leather to chew. We ordered hut favorite seasoning on the crust and as you can see in thephotos, there was none (this is the 2nd time for this error from this restaurant). The bread sticks were tough to chew as well.The chocolate chip cookie actually had burnt chips on the bottom so the cookie tasted scorched. Not a huge reviewer, but I amjust so tired of getting bad food for the money I pay. Read more
Excellent service and top quality ingredients go into pizza huts food. I have been going to Pizza Hut since I was a kid and it... is always brings back fond memories when I dine here and great memories are still being made. Read more
Went for the salad bar. Disappointing. Brown lettuce and almost empty ingredients. Three tables in the place. All three had... someone going to the salad bar. Thought they would have made sure it looked good and had been stocked. Guess it was not apriority. Read more
The order was messed up and delivery was late. Not worth the price. Disappointing experience. Better options.
