I ordered a small deluxe pizza and was told it would be $12.99. Driver pulls in and says 17.99. Romeos failed to mention all... their "tacked on fees" when I ordered, which took away from drivers tip. Shame on Romeos!! Not to mention the pizza wasdisgusting, so overloaded with onion. I threw it out. When I called to complain..all the manager had to say was."Okay". Needless to say will never go back to Romeo's in Hartville. Do not waste your money Read more
It's ok. If you like a sweet pizza sauce this place is for you and I mean sweet like almost desert like. The thin crust is good... but not crispy thin. The traditional crust seemed better. They did forget all the sauces we ordered for our breadsticks andcheese sticks and they would have been better with the sauces. My kids loved the pizza and I ate it but if I was in the areaagain I would choose something else. Read more
Romeo's pizza is delicious and always worth coming back for. Superb customer service. Their non pizza Options are just as great... as well! The godfather sub and the potato pizza are always my go tos! Only complaint is living just outside the delivery zone.Like literally 0.1 of a mile and can't get it delivered. Great pizza.. easily the best in Hartville. Fresh ingredients and the sauce is delicious. Their subs are fantastic as well.... Definitely try the Italian sub and the Romeos Deluxe pizza is a favorite of mine as well. Additionally they offer salads andeven calzones and Stromboli !! Customer service is always top notch and they are fast with fulfilling orders as well ! 10/10the food and service speaks for itself. Read more
