Waited in line for 20 minutes. Ordered the apple peacan salad. Got home and find no apples. Tried several times and called the... no# listed on website and it's a non working no#. Went back to drive thru and waited additional 15 minutes and was unable toreceive service. Read more
Wendy's is normally my go to to get a good fresh Dave's hamburger I got one there almost 2 weeks ago that was scary bad. Tasted... like one that was left out for a week then served. Not just a stale bun The meat tasted cold and dry and old, the condimentswere dried out. So bad almost seemed intentional. Hate to give such a bad report but this might help correct the situation. Management needs to be fired. Ordered through the official Wendy's app and they wouldn't honor all of my purchases --they left... out my $8-9 burger which was shown on my receipt and refused to make it. They claim to be open for dine in and carryout. Doorswere locked during the day. Not everyone can use drive thru. If you don't want people sitting down for a few minutes, at leastbe open inside for to-go orders. This used to be a really great location very disappointed by most of the current staff inplace. Went a few weeks ago. This was the dirtiest restaurant I have ever been in in my life. There was a dead fly on the counter where... you place your order. The carpet was greasy and disgusting and my shoes stuck to it at every step. This was at lunchtime and Iwas with my 93 year old mother. She needed something to eat but especially needed a cup of coffee. All they had was decaf. In myhumble opinion the health department needs to shut this place down before people start to get sick. Went in for food recently and as I was waiting I looked over at the door area by the fountain drink machine. What caught my eye... was, In that doorway on the other side has Mold Mushroom Caps bursting out of the wall where they obviously tried to tape overit to cover it up. Then an employee brought that black sweep pan to sweep things up and there was MAGGOTS in the pan. Where shehad brought it from where my food was made. Not going back. Read more
