The hut is just too damn expensive. Their deals sound good, but if altered by one topping it nearly doubled the price.
We order we a pizza at 7:23pm after we order the estimated delivery time when from 8 something to 10:25pm which is FIVE minutes... before they close. I got a text at 10:15 that the order was out for delivery. Still at 11:pm no pizza. We called around 9 andthe woman was RUDE RUDE RUDE no refund was given either. Read more
The timing of the delivery and food was good but the delivery driver...Rude a bit. I've ordered food from this place before and... never had a person that was a mute. The others would actually say "Hey" and talk ask about the order but this one... Absolutelynothing! I just find it rude for not saying one word to a customer. Read more
Awful. 3.5 hours to deliver. When calling, get someone overseas that can't be understood only to be transferred to the local... establishment and have the phone ring endlessly. Finally, had Door Dash deliver it (eww, not what I asked for) only for it to beinedible. Give me back my $55, PH. It's borderline fraud to charge so much and deliver so poorly, so late. Read more
U called place my order they asked cash or charge. I said cash. He said driver only has change for a 20. Okay thats fine. It... will be about an hour. Okay thats fine. 15mins later a girl calls me saying she from pizza hut. She needs my credit card.Because they only do door dash. The woman's last name was Smith. I would like for this store to hire some delivery drivers. This is the second time that we had to go get the food when we wanted... the food to be delivered. If they cannot hire one, then maybe this store should involve door dash to get the food and be able todeliver to us here in Hartwell, GA. Also, nothing to to do with this store in particular but Pizza Hut in general, I would foryou all to bring the different type of pizza crust flavors back. It made the crust taste better that garlic buttery blend is theone I use to love for the crust flavor. Read more
I had to pay $2 bucks for banana peppers and I received 12 of them on my pizza. Then it wasn't fully cooked. Sad we can't find... good food anymore. Read more
Really great service. It was awesome to come from Athens where there is no longer an interest in real customer service.
