Waited in the drive thru line for over an hour, shame on me but, we had a craving. Placed order at speaker and once we made it... to the window we waited an additional 15 minutes for our food to be prepared. At the window we could see two employees doingeverything but working. I don't place the blame on the employees, the only people to blame is owners/management. Once we got ourfood portions were very small however, it was good. I would have rather been allowed to sit inside and wait than idle diesel outof my truck. Do better Zaxby's. This isn't good for business. Spend the money and get people there. Read more

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE! Ordered a family pack online at 11:03am. Website said order would be ready at 11:30am. Order wasn?t ready... until noon. By the looks of it, the staff totally overlooked our order and never made it until we got there to pick it up. Iwatched eight other orders go out before mine came up. My family was 30 minutes late to a family function as a result. The girlwas apologetic and offered cookies for the wait, but only offered THREE cookies for a family FOUR pack. Makes no sense. To makematters worse, we got down the road and realized that they left out half of our fries that were supposed to go with our mealwhich we paid for. We were way too late to where we need to go and too far down the road to turn around for them. They alsoleft out some of our sauces we paid for. When we got home to eat, the chicken had clearly been cooked in old oil and thechicken tasted like burnt grease. I imagine they were rushed to correct their mistake and didn?t change out the oil. Based onthis experience, I would not recommend this location. I will be contacting management for a full refund. ***Follow-up to reviewabove*** I was contacted the same day of my visit by a very friendly manager who offered to replace the meal or refund mypurchase.
