Very slow, had to wait an extra 10 minutes to get ?fresh? fries that were cold, and they didn?t even get my order correct. Poor... service, just trying to rush through to the next person. Read more
We went just for the adult happy meals! ???? They threw in 1 extra toy which was an added bonus. Haven't had their nuggies in a... lifetime but was actually pleasantly surprised they were crunchy and tasty! Read more
Drive through lines were super long so we went inside to order. Stood behind one person for about 7 minutes. No apology or... explanation given. Then, Took about another 5-7 minutes to get our order. Service was super slow and not particularly friendly.Place looked clean though. Read more
Never get my order right. Ordered breakfast burritos, they come with two. I got one and no receipt. Had to go in for the other... one and argue that there was NO receipt on the bag. So dang tired of McDonald's. Employees not friendly or apologetic. Serverhad two ponytails both florescent colors and a huge bull ring in her nose. THAT will take your appetite away. Read more
Just wow...this location has really hit rock bottom with their staff selection. The place needs a new manager and hire staff... that actually care about the products they are selling. Being rude and acting irritated will not help bring more business in. Iask a question and they look at you like your from another planet or something. Typical, nice McDonald's. Store was clean, recently remodeled.
Did not take mobile order because I was charged for my supposed free drink. Abt confused order and then charged me for free... drink. Manager said all my fault and would not credit my credit card. Had to drive back 5 miles to get money back! We aretraveling and wasted over half hour and no food! Manager made my husband wait for refund and would not face him. Harvard ILMcDonalds. Read more
