The order showed up 20 minutes after the tracking app said it arrived only to have the driver deliver the wrong order. Then, we... couldnt get anybody at the store to answer the phone despite staying on the line & waiting for close to 20 minutes. I will NEVERorder from this store again and may never order from dominos again regardless of the store. Read more

We order pizza from here all the time. 99% of the time we never have an issue. They call us if there is one and are really cool... about it, if it comes up. Considering all the issues people have with doordash, im happy that Dominos does it in house. Muchmore reliable and consistent. Read more

I have had, at least, 3 horrible trips in the past 5-6 months. I've posted many reviews on the app and on the website. Once was... about the app saying my pizza was ready (it had been 45 minutes), but when i arrived, still had to wait another 45 minutes to anhour before I got my pizza. And when I got it, it was undercooked and looked as if the sauce was poured all over the pizza andbox. There are multiple times lately where my pizza, and/or other items, were undercooked or made completely wrong. Obviouslynothing has been getting any better. That being said. I'll make sure corporate knows that this store owner constantly lacks atbeing a store owner. Read more

Ordered online via the website and with a credit card. Only to have them call me back 30 minutes later telling me that they... don't have a delivery driver and I would have to come pick it up. I only did delivery because I do not have a ride today to pickPizza up. For that reason, I had to cancel my order and I now have to wait 2 to 3 days to get my money refunded to me. If youdon't have a delivery driver, don't offer delivery! P.S. Dear Dominos: It took four months to see this. About as long as ittakes to get someone on the phone ???? Read more

They never answered the phone after over 20 minutes of calling. We ended up driving there and ordering in person?I waited till... my SO was done ordering in person to hang up. Used to get a lot better customer service from here. Would?ve loved to make anonline order but makes the Slice the Price card invalid. Read more

Wow, I have never had a bad experience with this location before but this time was different. My husband picked up the food came... back with it got a slice and complained about it not being cooked all the way. I took a look for myself and the "pan pizza" wasuncooked and doughy. You pay extra for the pan pizza so naturally I am annoyed that this passed for edible. The wings we orderedhad little to no sauce as well also not a cheap menu item. Tried to call and never got to speak to anyone. You guys are losingcustomers and I see no response from the establishment apologizing for these bad experiences that customers had. Customerservice is a joke these days, sad that I have to find a new place for pizza now. Read more

I have always had a good experience until the last two times ordering. I called and and an employee picked up the phone only to... be talking about customers in the background. Never said hello, this is Domino's or anything. Ask for the manager and explainedwhat I just heard while trying to ask about my order and she got smart. I work in HR and I would love to assist with employeetraining. The second time I ordered online and when the website said the order was completed I drove there and a young man atthe window said it would be an hour before a pizza would be ready. No, good evening, what can I do for you. After he goesthrough all of that I asked him didn't he want my name, so he takes my name and I said I ordered online 40 minutes ago. Hefinally looks at the oven and says your pizza is coming out. Lastly, I asked for a receipt and he stated they were out of paper.I will be driving to another location from now on. They really need to just close because the customer service is horrible. Read more

I'm giving 5 stars because I've had no trouble with this place. I see the 1 star reviews and I get it, but I think most people... that actually have good experiences don't review a place unless it's extraordinary. It's just a normal dominos. 5 stars forexpectations. Read more
