You never know what the quality of this locations food is going to be .... sometimes good, sometimes not .... got a milkshake... from there this week and it was the consistency of choc milk ... not frozen at all... the employees are usually very friendly ..maybe we just came at a bad time .. probably short handed like everywhere else. I have been to this location increasingly lately as I have to frequent the neighboring Publix for my job. The drive through... service is always rushed & rather rude. Complete disregard for any kind of request(such as an extra pack of ketchup or noonions). I am extremely polite and certainly not complicated or unpleasant to deal with. They make me feel like I’m puttingthem out for coming to order food here. Read more
Quality of food isn’t bad, but the reason for the low rating is my order was made incorrectly and there is no effort made to... correct it. I was charged an extra $3 to change sides, which I didn’t notice until after getting home. Normally I don’tcomplain about this sort of thing, as all it takes is a phone call to explain the error and get it sorted out. However, I calledmultiple times only to have my call rejected every single time.
