You never know what the quality of this locations food is going to be .... sometimes good, sometimes not .... got a milkshake... from there this week and it was the consistency of choc milk ... not frozen at all... the employees are usually very friendly ..maybe we just came at a bad time .. probably short handed like everywhere else. I have been to this location increasingly lately as I have to frequent the neighboring Publix for my job. The drive through... service is always rushed & rather rude. Complete disregard for any kind of request(such as an extra pack of ketchup or noonions). I am extremely polite and certainly not complicated or unpleasant to deal with. They make me feel like I’m puttingthem out for coming to order food here. Read more
Quality of food isn’t bad, but the reason for the low rating is my order was made incorrectly and there is no effort made to... correct it. I was charged an extra $3 to change sides, which I didn’t notice until after getting home. Normally I don’tcomplain about this sort of thing, as all it takes is a phone call to explain the error and get it sorted out. However, I calledmultiple times only to have my call rejected every single time. I wouldn’t say stay away from the place, but I’d certainlysuggest to check your orders before you pull away from the drive-thru. Read more
Friendly staff, explained how short staffed they were (five people staffed with manager that normally requires 11)but they were... still staying positive, food was good (ordered number five,the two burger combo) lots of onion,good fries, and as usual theapple pie was delicious. 4 stars only because it looks like previous customers tossed full cups of water onto the ground sothere were puddles inside, not a reflection of the staff Read more
I pulled up to the window to get my order and I was not greeted or even looked at. Instead the girl was too busy focusing on the... register and talking in its direction instead of to me. When I got my order there was a large fry missing and when I saidsomething the to girl at the window she walked away and came back with a small fry. The fries were all cold and flavorless. Bought a 4 piece with ranch and sweet tea (paid for the 4 piece) and they gave me a 3 piece with comeback sauce and unsweet tea.... I privately sent in a complaint and haven’t heard anything back from management. I’m about to call up there and complain ifthis review doesn’t get a response. I just wanted what I paid for. Read more
Food was ok. We don't get fast food much at all so I'm not sure if it was just this place or if all fast food joints these days... have a bunch of young careless employees. Kids on break getting their own food and drinks and just hanging out behind thecounter. Read more
IM DONE WITH JACKS!!! I've been hooked on Chicken biscuits for years, but they have changed the chicken and it is now gross.... This cheaper version tastes processed and cheap, meanwhile the sandwich price is higher than ever. I ordered 2 lemonade shakesand they are literally liquid drink. Lemonade with a lil cream.
