We stopped here for breakfast while heading out of town. It was about 0915 they were busy. The line was moving quickly, we... ordered 4 value meals, 2 big breakfast, 4 sandwiches, 3 extra specialty drinks, pies, orange juices etc. We totally expected tobe told to pull to the side? Nope. I like the McDonald?s here and love the app which makes getting food more affordable especially during inflation. They have... really great deals through their receipts after doing their surveys these deals are better than the other McDonald?s in theHuntsville area that allows you to choose the item you desire instead of only getting a choice between two things. Today at approx 3:15 I ordered 4 big mack meals, all large, two Dr. Peppers, one strawberry shake, & one chocolate shake, and... one apple fritter. It cost 40 dollars & 54 cents. When I got home I had 2 Dr Peppers, 2 shakes, 4 very dry burgers with Nothingbut lettuce, No big Mack sauce at all. 3 large fries & one small fry. The chocolate shake taste like a vanilla shake. You have your good days and bad days like anywhere you may go. The lobby is very clean and the service is pretty good.... Sometimes it's slow and can get chaotic but for most part it's a great place to eat quietly and enjoy your meal. Read more
As a consumer, I really think that portion size, especially fries, is very important. One shouldn't walk away after ordering the... largest portion of fries available and feel the need to say "I really wish they hadn't been so stingy". You would not lose moneybeing generous with the fries. You might actually increase sales if people began saying "they give you plenty of fries atMcDonalds". You have the best fries in the game. The dollar menu doesn't exist anymore. Give people a reason to want to come toyour establishment. "They give you plenty of fries" is a safe bet. Read more

I usually try to keep from giving such a bad review but the quality of service at this particular McDonald's has declined... significantly. Usually, when a place is bad, I simply don't go back. Today, I decided to give it another chance because thisrestaurant is the closest McDonald's to my house. So, I ordered a McChicken meal and once again I was disappointed. My McChickensandwich had a sticker on it. I'm going to write a formal complaint to McDonald's. Read more
Absolute poor excuse of a fast food place. We went through the drive thru and was told to go wait at a parking spot AFTER they... took our receipt. Then we ended up waiting 20 minutes to get our food even though there were cars who ordered after us (I wouldsay a good 5 or 6) that got their food and were gone before us. AFTER we FINALLY got our food our fries were cold and stale, myhusband's double quarter pounder had BBQ sauce all over it and my mcrib was just sad looking. Barely any onions or pickles.
